Our shipping prices start from £4.99 depending on destination and order weight.
Clearance type is DAP (Delivery at place only) - This mean you will need to pay import VAT (local tax) and postal clearance fees (upto €10 Euros depending on the destination).
The process is very simple:
- You place your order.
- We package and ship the parcel.
- Our courier will contact you for VAT / local tax and clearance fees.
- You pay the fees.
- The courier delivers your parcel to you.
Our shipping price / order total does not include VAT for international orders or clearance fees. You will be contacted by our courier to pay the relevant charges once your order has been shipped.
Please note we are unable to ship certain products due to being prohibited by our courier.
Please note shipping fees are non-refundable so kindly ensure your contact details and delivery address is full and correct. Please ensure you check your emails for any communication from our us or our courier regarding your parcel as failure to respond within the given time frame may result in your parcel being returned to us.
